MemoDueAcceptable Use

Devnet
FAQ Uses

DRAFT for review by Alex or a lawyer. Not in force yet, and not legal advice. Wording, contact address and policy may change before it is published as final.

Devnet only

MemoDue is a test service on Solana devnet. Devnet SOL has no value, devnet can be reset, and nothing here is a production service or a financial product.

What you must not put in a note

We cannot read notes

A note is encrypted in your browser before it is written to Solana. The key is in the #k= part of the link, which browsers do not send to this site, so we cannot see or check what a note says. We act on reports.

What we can do

Reporting a note

Use the Report link on a note page, or email abuse@memodue.com with the note address. Do not send the #k= key. The Report link removes it for you.

Contacts and official address

Abuse: abuse@memodue.com. Security issues: security@memodue.com (see security.txt).

The official devnet site is https://devnet.memodue.com. During the move, https://memodue-devnet.onrender.com serves the same site. A MemoDue page on any other address is not ours: the page reads the key in a note link, so do not open note links there. memodue.com itself is reserved for mainnet.

Law enforcement

We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement and courts. We do not hold note keys or note text. What we can share is what we have: the note address, its public Solana records, and our blocked-notes entries.

No warranty, changes

MemoDue is provided as is, with no warranty. We may change these terms, block notes on this site, or take the site down at any time. This page is not legal advice.
