Anyone may close a note once its unlock time plus the grace has passed (an unfinished write: 24 hours after unlock), unless close is locked. The closer gets the close tip and the rest of the rent goes to the note's creator. A creator can close their own note from unlock with their reclaim link (Close and get rent back) and keeps all of the rent. No note keys are used or shown here.
