MemoDueUpgrade
DevnetProgram upgrade authorities
Devnet only. This page reads the BPF Upgradeable Loader state of the MemoDue program and the Arcium Tier 1 gate program on Solana devnet through api.devnet.solana.com, and can move an upgrade authority with the loader's SetAuthorityChecked instruction, which both the current and the new authority must sign. Switch Phantom to devnet first: Settings > Developer Settings > Testnet Mode on, network Solana Devnet.
Reading needs no wallet. Every transaction is simulated on devnet and decoded for review before Phantom is asked to sign. This page never sets an authority to None (immutable).
Step 1: propose (current authority)
Warning: a wrong new address means permanent loss of the ability to upgrade this program. Nobody, including you, can undo it. Only use an address whose key you or your team control and can sign with today.
Proposing changes nothing on chain. You sign half of one transaction; the new authority then opens this page, pastes it, checks it and adds the second signature, which sends it. A Solana transaction expires about 60 to 90 seconds after it is built, so have the new authority ready before you propose. If it expires, simply propose again.
Step 2: accept (new authority)
Connect the new authority's wallet, then paste the transaction or link from step 1. The page decodes it and shows exactly what it does, checks it is a SetAuthorityChecked for the MemoDue program or the Arcium gate, that the current on-chain authority matches and has signed, and that the blockhash is still valid. Then you sign and it is sent.

This moves the upgrade authority as soon as it confirms. After that only the new authority can upgrade, or move it again.
Squads vault as the new authority
A Squads multisig vault (for example the planned 2-of-3 upgrade vault H9oZ…kYRm) is a program address: it cannot sign in Phantom, so this page refuses it as the target of the two-signature flow. To move an upgrade authority to a Squads vault, use Squads' own program upgrade authority transfer, or a Squads vault transaction that carries the loader instruction, approved by the multisig threshold. See docs/UPGRADE-AUTHORITY.md. Once a vault holds the authority, moving it again is a Squads proposal, not this page.
