Counted from transactions that reference the fee config PDA: only the system transfer the program makes inside a create (initialize/begin), from the creator to the treasury that create paid. Airdrops and other deposits to the treasury are not counted. If the treasury changes, each fee counts toward whichever treasury that transaction paid. Creates from before the fee config existed are not included. The scan stops at the newest 3000 signatures (going further back, up to 6000, only to reach the 1st of this month for the daily chart) and caches finalized results in this browser. The daily chart counts the same Creates by your device's local calendar day.

    Manage

Devnet only. This page reads and writes the MemoDue fee config on Solana devnet through api.devnet.solana.com. Switch Phantom to devnet first: Settings > Developer Settings > Testnet Mode on, network Solana Devnet. On a phone, open this page inside Phantom's in-app browser to sign.

Reading needs no wallet. Initializing or changing the fee needs Phantom. Every transaction is simulated before Phantom is asked to sign.

    No wallet connected. Read-only.

    Fee table

Prices for gated (version 5) creates: a fee per access mode and declared class (HUMAN or AGENT), and the longest expiry each mode allows after create. The program caps every fee at 1 SOL and the max expiry at 48 hours for Tier 1 (LIT_GATED, ARCIUM_GATED) and 10 years for PLAIN and ICP_GATED. Only the fee authority can set it (set_fee_table, opcode 25); the first set creates the account.

Only the fee authority can set the fee table. Connect that wallet in Phantom.

PLAIN (retired: the program refuses new PLAIN notes; the row stays for the table layout and is never charged)

LIT_GATED (Tier 1, agents with their own Lit key)

    ICP_GATED (Tier 2)

    ARCIUM_GATED (Tier 1, default)

Simulate needs no wallet: it runs set_fee_table on devnet as the fee authority without a signature. Sign in Phantom simulates again, shows the decoded transaction and only then asks Phantom.

      Danger zone

Owner and treasury changes. These decide who controls the fee config and where create fees go. Each one needs the address entered twice, a typed confirmation word and the decoded review before Phantom is asked to sign.

Only the fee authority can propose a new owner or change the treasury. Connect that wallet to see the forms.
